It doesn't have to be Oscar-worthy

The most common fear around video is ‘not being good enough’ on camera.
But the reality is that you don’t need to deliver an Oscar-worthy monologue – quite the opposite, really.
It’s normal to have nerves when the camera’s on and you might not nail it first time (I’d be impressed if you did!) but the key to a great video is authenticity.
The idea is to get the message across about who you are, what you do, and keep people watching.
Whether it’s an informative sales video, a homepage video to deliver a snappy summary answering the ‘why us?’ question or a content video to keep your audience tuned in, real is what we’re looking for.
My role is to make you as comfortable as possible so you can focus on what you want to say – and delivering it in an honest and real way!
To give you an idea of what it is I’m talking about, check out a couple of recent ‘homepage’ videos below that I created for clients’ websites, so you can see why not being ‘perfect’ delivers a sense of authenticity that adds to the message…
Speak soon,
Ben (The Video Guy)
